All services are governed by a separate service agreement with specific deliverables and timelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Invoices are due upon receipt and payable in USD.
• A 1.5% monthly late fee applies to balances overdue by 14 days.
• Services are non-refundable once delivered. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 days of invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access, assets, and approvals needed for timely project execution. Delays caused by missing info may affect schedules and final outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to excellence, but outcomes are not guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of our website or services.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate tools like Canva, ManyChat, Metricool, Calendly, or Artificial Intelligence platforms. Use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. AI Governance

WriterRenea Growth Collabs, LLC uses artificial intelligence tools, including large language models, as part of our strategy, research, drafting, and production workflows. We are transparent about this use and hold it to the following standards:

• Human oversight. AI is a drafting and research aid, not a decision-maker. Every strategic recommendation, deliverable, and piece of client-facing work is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before it is delivered.
• Confidentiality of inputs. We do not input client-confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information into third-party AI tools beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the engagement, and we take reasonable steps to use tools with appropriate data-handling protections.
• Accuracy and verification. AI-assisted outputs, including statistics, sources, and factual claims, are checked against primary sources before publication or delivery. We do not represent AI-generated speculation as verified fact.
• Originality. AI is used to accelerate and structure work, not to replace original strategic thinking, client-specific insight, or creative direction. Deliverables reflect our professional judgment.
• Disclosure on request. If a client wants to know where and how AI tools were used in a specific deliverable, we will disclose that upon request.
• Client data rights. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content. We do not use client-confidential materials to train, fine-tune, or improve third-party AI models.
• Evolving practice. AI tools and best practices change quickly. We periodically review and update this governance approach, and material changes will be reflected in updates to these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and expect the same. Clients may not disclose our proprietary frameworks, strategies, or internal processes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate website access or service agreements for violations of these Terms. Clients may terminate per their contract cancellation policy.

11. Privacy Policy
